This side of the Academy focuses on the Internal Arts. You will find a number of articles and videos related to Yang Style from the Cheng Man Ching 64 or 37 movement form and Chen style, both Xinjia and Laojia (New Frame and Old Frame).

There is an area in both the Yang and Chen styles that mentions Details of the form and it will give each movement in the form done from various angles. We also have some YouTube links of some of the most famous masters doing their art.
