Master Chen was a White Crane Master in Taiwan. I know there are more then 5 Tigers of Taiwan but he has been mentioned in the list. Mr. Casey met him and studies some through the help of a translator.

This man had two daughters that traveled with him doing demonstrations all over Taiwan. His style of White Crane focused on mobility in contrast to Master Hsieh who practiced a White Crane that was focused on stability.
