Lo Man Kai is in his 80's and the nephew of Yip Man. He was sent by Yip Man to Taiwan and had thought about moving there for a while. Master Lo ended up staying there and was the primary voice for Wing Chun on the island.

Casey's Bai. Sifu designations came first from Lo Man Kai. At the time he was the only teacher licensed by Lo in the west. Lo stayed in Taiwan and did a little traveling later in his life. Casey was impressed with Lo's high degree of detail and knowledge of Wing Chun theory.
